Spiking Scandal: Privilege and Prosecution The case against Amy Tossoun, a 34 year old Melbourne socialite accused of spiking her friend's drink with MDMA at Mount Buller, has ended in dismissal without conviction.

The charges were dropped after she completed a diversion plan, sparking questions about the fairness and accountability of the justice system.

Tossoun is a well known figure in Melbourne's elite, co founder of The Richmond Dentist with her ex husband, Dr Fady Tossoun.
